Freaky Fridays is a 4-week sensual movement experience designed to give you space to explore, play, let loose and tap into a bolder side of your movement. For this Floorwork Edition, we’re turning up the focus on getting low. You’ll explore floorwork foundations, transitions, body control, musicality and slow, intentional movement, while still incorporating standing choreography and the signature sensual movement you know and love from Essensually. Throughout the four weeks, we’ll build your movement vocabulary through technique, exploration and choreography, helping you move between standing and floorwork with more confidence, fluidity and intention. You don’t need previous floorwork or dance experience. This is a space to learn, experiment and discover what feels good in your body without the pressure to look or move like anyone else. The floor is simply another place to play. Come ready to move, get low and find your freak.
